Ruby on rails course

i can't find the ruby on rails course in the P2Pu.org course
list ...... i was subscribed to it but can't fund it any more .....so
whats happening

The course signup has been closed and due to high demand, not even all
of those who successfully completed the sign up task could be
accepted.
