p2pool litecoin not paying out

I have p2pool 11.2

running at http://173.193.227.141:9327/static/

If i use minerd, as

minerd -a scrypt -r 1 -t 1 -o http://173.193.227.141:9327 -O LLuNPXhsmxbW4QEze7AghtHSwnJSR2L1Qc:12345 -D 

or

minerd -a scrypt -r 1 -t 1 -o http://127.0.0.1:9327 -O Ld8jZvrc6YFXXFQyYTWgtFmosLRyA3wdcc:12345 -D

I get lots of 'accepted',

I see the miner graph showing hash rate at 2.5khz which is about correct,

however, no payouts ever occur, even after running for 24 hours.

If i use bgfminer, as

bfgminer -o http://173.193.227.141:9327 -u LLuNPXhsmxbW4QEze7AghtHSwnJSR2L1Qc -p 12345

I get some accepted, but no miner graph, and no payouts

If i use reaper with 'mine litecoin' and use above address and settings,

i get no miner graph and still no payout.

If i use the same settings and moners and point to a diffferent p2pool, such as p2pool.org

i get all the same symptoms, with no payouts

If I look at miner graphs on p2pool.org, i see many other miners are getting no payouts.

I am pulling my hair out here,

Nothing i do pays out on litecoin.

p2pool always says,

'Shares: 0 (0 orphan, 0 dead) Stale rate: ??? Efficiency: ??? Current payout: 0.0000 LTC'

What am i doing wrong with p2pool?

But the answer to your question looks like you are confusing shares in
the share chain with shares your miner finds. Your miner will report
every difficulty 1 share (unless you changed something). However, you
only get payout credit for every share you submit to the p2pool LTC
share chain. In your screenshot, you can see that it should take over
4 days of mining to find a payout share.

Q: Why am I not getting very many shares?!
A: The P2Pool difficulty is hundreds of times higher than on other
pools. It can take time to get a share. P2Pool displays an estimate of
how long you have to wait in the console output.

Q: Why does my miner say it has found a lot of shares but p2pool say I
have only found a few?!
A: The real P2Pool difficulty is hundreds of times higher than on
normal pools, but p2pool essentially lies to your miner and tells it
to work on relatively easy shares so that it submits shares every few
seconds instead of every few hours. P2Pool then ignores any submitted
shares that don't match the real share difficulty. By doing this,
P2Pool can more accurately report your local hash rate and you can see
if you are having problems with too many stale shares quickly
