Fiscal Calendar Issue

Dear P2P Accounts Team,

A few users have been trying to change the Fiscal Calendar and it seems there is
a small issue.

A new fiscal calendar can be added which can span over two years as in the case
of Indian scenario April 2007 - March 2008

However, the default calendar is clashing with the newly added calender and
therefore the overlapping months are shown twice in the Journal Entry UI.

Must find some ways to make it easy to change the fiscal calendar so that users
in regions where the fiscal year is not from Jan-Dec can get started with
minimal hassles.

This is a major issue for users trying the preview release in such regions and
therefore requesting to be placed on top priority.
