Fiscal Calendar problem

Unable to modify or delete existing Fiscal Calendar. Also ensured that
no transactions were recorded in that period.
Allows to Create a Fiscal calendar with from Jan 1 to Dec 31 only.
Would like to create a fiscal calendar starting from Apr 1 to March
31.
Cannot enter my financial transactions without defining the Fiscal
Calendar.

P.S : There was no problem with fiscal calendar in the previous
version.

If you're trying this in the 'Your Company' file, then delete the existing budgets (it's not deleted in this company, by mistake). While deleting budgets, first delete the top-level one which has budget elements under it and then delete other budgets.

After this, you should be able to modify/delete the Fiscal Calendar.
