P2P Accounts Beta2 is released

Hi,

This beta2 release contains few new features and a lot of bug fixes.
The following issues are resolved
in this release:
* Login form should be shown in a JFrame so that it's visible in the
taskbar
* Fiscal Calendar - Open/Lock/Closed status updates
* Fiscal Periods duration should only be within a month!
* Next Fiscal Calendar should always start from the next day of
previous years last date
* Maintain sequence numbers for all heirarchical records like chart of
accounts to keep the order
* Update the account balance if currency is changed for Chart of
Accounts and Business Partners
* Improve the balance sheet report customize UI
* Cash Flow Statement report
* Redesign the Tax Reports with all date range options enabled
* Complete the receipt and payment entry dialog
* Import currency exchange rate from CSV file
* Order accounts in Chart of Accounts based on account numbers on save
* Improvements to Split Accounts View
* When company name changes update the tab title
* review and simplify warehouse view
* substance table header ui doesn't show the sort icon
* modularise and simplify journal entry service implementation
* Role management - Assign Roles
* Role management - Add pre-defined roles
* Role management - Manage View Access using roles
* Role management - Role UI - Fine grained access setup
* update to latest spring rich client 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT library as it
fixes quite a lot of issues
* View Bank balance with total for each currency
* filter accounts based on the currency in bank/cash journals to
reduce complexity
* Maintain account balances of each account for each transactional day
* split entry - allow tagging with a keyword
* Editing Fiscal Quarters and Periods
* Build the whole application using ant and remove JPF in favor of
OSGi
