P2P Accounts Beta4 is released

Hi All,

This Beta4 release contains the following enhancements.

* In a/c register selectively load only the required data for better
performance
* On new Fiscal calendar start, update all balances, and notify others
for any actions
* Fetch Rate from Yahoo should be run as a Task with Block.window!
* Define credit limit for customers
* remove sequence generators in each entity and remove IBaseEntity
* add fiscal calendar search filter to split account register view
* fiscal calendar should be a database search criteria in account
register view
* account dashboard's revenue year to date widget improvements
* Whenever user closes any view which has some fields having
validation errors, the red X marks will remain even after view is
closed.
* Attachment view - open attachment on double click
* A/C register: display any unreconciled entries of previous year
* Making "Indian Rupee" as base currency throws exception
* Improvements to fetch rate from Yahoo task
* export exchange rates to a csv file and also a sample file for
importing
* Add support for exporting and importing currency masters
* add 'from date' and 'to date' to currency rate history form
* during journal entry, select the exchange rate from rate history as
on the document date
* provide option to generate reports in selected currency for TB, BL,
P&L reports
* Deleting currency is not working
* Document sequence problem in journal entry
* equity accounts can only be in base currency
* Design Country, State and City forms
* Redesign Business partners view
* Define addresses and contacts for the Business Partners
