Current Balance / Credit used display incorrect under Business Partners...

Under Business Partners --

The displayed amount of Credit used for the Customers and Vendors and
the Current Balance of the employees is incorrect . This problem is
seen only for few accounts.

For employees even if the balance is nil, that is the debit and the
credit columns match for an account in the account register, a
negative balance is shown under business partners and for a few
accounts wrong balance is displayed.

The same problem arises for Customers and Vendors also.

In Chart Of Accounts also the Current Balance field displays incorrect
balance for few accounts.

Hi,

Yes, it's a known issue. However, it doesn't affect any of the reports or other parts of the application. One workaround is to update the current balances of all accounts from Fiscal Calendar view. Select a Fiscal Calendar in the table and right click to perform 'Update current Balances of all accounts'.

In future, when we allow posting an account in different currencies, then this field might be removed or always shown in base currency by converting them with the rate as on system date.

In any case, I'll fix this issue in the coming release.
