Adobe reader remembers old versions of forms

Hello

I encountered this problem.
When i replace old version of pdf form in the web server with new versions and try to access it via the web (using acrobat reader plugin) - then i see the old version of the form.
only when i remove the process of the reader and access the form again - i can see the new version.

any idea how to automaticly show only the new version ?
