Create hyperlink on web page to page or bookmark in PDF

I'm trying to create a hyperlink on a web page to a page or bookmark in a pdf, is this possible?

Where in the pdf document is the destination of the bookmark displayed? This is really what I'm looking for to create a hyperlink to this location.

Any information/suggestions are appreciated.
