metric server

Is there any tomcat bundled with metric server zip , ı am trying to connect my owf with metric server but ı dont understand the guide which for metric server , it is talking about a tomcat included the bundle but there isn't. Thank you for support

I saw that and also read that  https://github.com/ozoneplatform/owf-metrics/wiki/Metrics-Installation  but it is mention about tomcat inside metric bundle but there isnt. Is metric also a web application which ı can include the owf ?
