Running OZP WebTop requires login to owfgoss

All,
When I run OZP WebTop locally it is requiring a login back to owfgoss.org.  How do I get my owfgoss account added to the "accepted" list so that I can run this successfully?

Actually I think I jumped the gun.  That issue appears to be a mistake on my part because of how I specified the call.  I think all I need to know is what user/password to use to login to a local OZP Webtop.

Our sample security configuration is just using a users.properties file, the default users are testAdmin1 testUser1 and testOrgSteward1, all using the password "password".
