Space launch in Perth

Hi there -

I'm going to be in Perth for a few weeks in March and April, launching a new tech initiative with a friend of mine. We're looking into potentially doing a weather balloon space launch - not dissimilar to this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xi44zL8cBI) to promote the event.

Does anyone know what the rules and regulations are in Australia for going about this? Who to speak to / get permission from?

Any insight greatly appreciated!
