Hi Martin,

I read the article you mentioned ... I guess I can't speak as a
lawyer, so I've referred your posting to OzEmail's solicitor to
see whether she has any comments that she can offer.

In the meantime, people may well wish to read (or re-read!) the
appropriate conditions of use of their account. You can find

because I couldn't find it via their web site. If either case, if
you have questions about your use of OzEmail's or Access One/2's
services, you should refer them to the company concerned and seek
clarification.

If anyone has specific questions about whether a particular type of
use is or isn't allowed, I'd be happy also to seek out an answer on
your behalf.
