mail sent to wrong account

It appears that a few of my emails were sent to another user at ozemail.
there were only a few similarities in the user name but this should not have
been the cause.
Has anyone else experienced or hear of this happening?

it used to happen years ago when ozemail was a well managed concern. f*ck
knows how common it would be now that they don't care anymore!

Do you have the headers of the mis-delivered message? Did the message
go to both accounts, or just to the other account?

If you can post/email a copy of all the headers of the message, as
it was received by the other account, I can try and see what the problem
might have been.
