Sticky - Saturday - Sunday Group Ride - 7:00am - Douglas and Rock (across from Quik Trip)

This group typically meets in the parking lot across from the Quik Trip at Douglas and Rock. Ride is usually 35 miles or so, moderate pace, and usually heads upwind to start and downwind to finish. 

 

Ride starts at 7:00am and goes about 2 hours.

New riders are invited and you're welcome to ride at your own pace. Usually we hang (pretty much) together the whole ride, but if you need to peel off for church or family commitment, feel free to do so. Typical average for the ride is 18+ mph. 

Group size is usually 6-10. We typically ride 2x2 for most of the ride, switching  pulls every 1/2 mile or more. You can pull if you want to, or stay at the back and draft off the group. A lot of the riders like to come back on Oliver, stopping at Jeanne's Cafe at Douglas and Oliver for breakfast. 

No cost for the ride, just show and go. If you're from out of town and looking for a group ride at a moderate to fast(er) pace, come along. We'd love to have you. If you're new to the area and looking for a group to get acquainted with, come along. We'd love to have some new friends.
