ACTION Needed: OCC/LSRT Elections Schedule

Hi everyone and thanks for volunteering to collect ballots this Friday.  Here is a draft schedule.  Please do 3 things:

1)      Confirm that this time works for you if you are listed,

2)      Volunteer for a slot if you haven’t, and

3)      Recruit some people to help!

 

Room parents—Can someone please forward an e-mail via the room parents list to request some volunteers for both Adams and Oyster campuses. Anything with a ** still needs a volunteer.   I personally can fill in additional various slots, so I am waiting to see what slots are filled.  We will need at least two people for the 8 – 9:00 am slots and the afternoon slots.

Margaret,

 

I'm back from jury duty and am pleased to report that I did not get picked -- yea!!!!  It was close, though, and I wasn't too happy for a large part of the day.

 

I'm happy to cover Oyster tomorrow morning and Adams in the pm.  Thanks for doing all of this.

Phew! 

We are in pretty good shape with volunteers, with a few holes.

Oyster is covered in the AM, but could you do Adams from 8 – 9?  Alex Allene has also volunteered for that shift.

The other big hole is after-school pick up from Adams , ie between 3 and 5.  We have two other volunteers to do the Adams 5 – 6:30 shift.
