Here are the answers to our questions from John Davis, who works in the Chancellor's office.

Thanks Phoebe.  Please keep me on the list as co-chair of Pan-Asian.  You should also add Lucinda Eng-Garcia.  We won’t be official Board members, but at the last mtg. Cristina Mossi asked if Heritage committee chairs could receive e-mails.  I think the consensus was yes.

Come to think of it, I would also like to remain on the list as Room Parent Coordinator, and the other coordinators too might want to be on the list.  It would be good to know what's going on and if room parents need to be mobilized for something.
