Great news, the reform package passed yesterday by a vote of 10 to 3.  Those opposing were Mendelson, Barry, and Thomas.  It appears that procedurally there is one more vote in January before it is final, but this was the big test.  Thank you to those who called their council members and expressed their support.

 

I am sending this out as an individual parent.  I am copying the OCC board list for information purposes, and blind copying anyone who sent me an e-mail about it.  You are welcome to forward this to anyone who you think may be interested.
