Margaret,

 

I would like to know if you can add, "some parents attending the meeting said..." since this is not confirmed and would not be evident to someone that was not at the meeting.  Thanks for this consideration.

Hi everyone,

 

Just wanted to get some feedback on one silly thing for the Fiesta.  What about a clown to rove around making balloon hats and doing magic tricks?  I hired one for an event at my church and she was fabulous!  She charges $200 for 4 hours, which will cut into profits somewhat, but isn't that bad.  My main hesitation, though, is that some kids are afraid of clowns (and some adults, too).

 

So what do you think?

The clown sounds great!!!  Also, did you find anyone to be You for the day of Fiesta?  Do you have a check list.... a check list may help convince or ease the fright-:).  Can you provide me a list of bodies needed so that I can farm some of those duties out to the PAC, that's what I did for the auction and it seemed to work well.  Thanks for everything Serena and of course I wouldn't worry about you not being there but just know "we all got you covered."
