A FEMA SID is required to register for and participate in any training provided by FEMA. Anyone that is to attend training provided by FEMA will be required to obtain a FEMA SID prior to registering for the training.
You can check to see if you have a FEMA SID by inputting your information on the Retrieve SID page. If you already have a FEMA SID, your FEMA SID will be emailed to you. If you attempt to register, you will receive a message that you are already registered.

Due to the level of curriculum and content, the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) allows students ages 10 and older to complete Independent Study (IS) courses. Students younger than 10 years old are able to view and learn from the IS course materials provided by EMI, but they will not be able to complete the final examination and receive credit for the course completion unless they are at least 10 years old.
In order to meet Search and Rescue Merit Badge requirements, Scouts may complete the IS-100 Introduction to Incident Command System (ICS) available here. They may discuss the meaning of IAP and ICS with their counselor to meet the requirements.

Verification of ASHA certification can now be accomplished online. The online ASHA Certification Verification system is free, and ASHA certificate holders can use it to quickly and easily download and print an official ASHA verification letter for their employers or relevant regulatory agencies.

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is the national professional, scientific, and credentialing association for 234,000 members, certificate holders, and affiliates who are audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; audiology and speech-language pathology assistants; and students.
The Texas is used to obtain a free verification letter or a PDF containing the Certificate of High School Equivalency and test scores for $5.00. The PDF will include a diploma-style certificate suitable for framing and a transcript with test dates and scores. You can save the PDF file to your computer or electronic device, email it to yourself or third parties, and/or print it. Purchases can be made by credit card or check (automated clearing house).

A retailer certificate is issued when a person applies to MRS for a sales tax registration. The retailer certificate acknowledges that the business is registered with MRS for the collection and remittance of sales and use tax, and displays the sales tax registration number.
To qualify for a resale certificate, a retailer must have an active account and report gross sales of $3,000 or more per year. MRS reviews all active sales tax accounts that do not have an active resale certificate each year. Resale certificates are automatically issued to retailers that qualify.

MRS does an annual look back reviewing the tax liabilities of all active accounts. Filing frequencies are adjusted as necessary based on that analysis. Taxpayers are sent a notice of the change in status.
