vmmain.py - manage_single_installation() error

Installed OXID 4.5.2, without dummy-data (since my purpose was to actually create a dev-environment for an already existing SVN-repoed project, and I just wanted to exploit the MC for creating DB, Apache2 alias and UNIX user).  This error showed immediately after:

sure it did, w/o database. can catch this error though. next version.
