Unfortunately VM_2.0 is currently not able to connect to Subversion-Repositories and install shop by itself.  You can log an FR at  http://tracker1.euroblaze.de/projects/oxidvm/issues

Until such time that you are able to do it using the UI, you would have to setup:

• A user directory (useradd)
• Configure Apache2 alias
• Create MySQL DB
• svn checkout out code and database (script) from your repo
• Adapt OXID config.inc.php and .htaccess
