IV-25 VFD Nixie Matrix tube

I've gone and bought 20 of these 7 pixel high nixie tubes on eBay:



for a scrolling display for text, graphics or clock.
Can't find a huge amount of information about them apart from this:



although I imagine I'm going to need a circuit board, some solder, some chips, a power supply and some wires.
Possibly some resistors and some transistors as well?
There's also the IV-26 which is a very similar design...

they are a LOT cheaper in bulk I have found - but with my dearth of
tuits - doing stuff is beyond me

I was thinking of making a traditional nixie clock but then I thought pixels would be more versatile.
I guess a good starting point would be to see if they actually work. A 25V driver would be good - I've found 19V chargers but I don't know if that'll do the job.
A proper data sheet for the IVLM1-1/7, which believe is what I have (round pixels - the IV-26 has slightly clipped, oval pixels).
