Oxcelix is a fast Excel 2007/2010 file parser written in ruby and based on Peter Ohler's Ox SAX parser.

Oxcelix can be found on github (https://github.com/gbiczo/oxcelix) and downloaded/installed from rubygems (http://rubygems.org/gems/oxcelix)
