Apartment in Bethesda, opening September 2010 (no lease)

Hey everyone,

My roommate will be graduating from the program and heading off to med
school this August, and I'm looking for someone to move into our two
bedroom newly-renovated apartment in Bethesda. It's run by the same
people that do the Battery Lane apts (Aldon Management) but it's on
Bradley Blvd. by the Trader Joe's and Washington Sports Club.

I'll most likely be staying on until December, but since there is no
fixed lease you could decide to stay on with a new roommate or leave
at that point as well (this is a unique offer for apartments in the
area, and highly prized by people like us who move back and forth!).
Rent is $825/mo, including utilities.

Let me know if you're thinking of moving back to DC and think this
might be a good first apartment before you find that dream penthouse
apartment in Dupont, or if you just need a chill place to write up a
thesis :)
