In OxCal 4, how does one bring a distribution generated in one model
into another model as a prior?

Once you have completed your first analysis you need to go to the raw
view for the distribution you need to reuse. There are two ways of
doing this:

EITHER click on the little table symbol on the table next the
distribution title

OR go to the individual plot for that distribution and then select the
Raw view (from the View menu or the drop-down at the top.

You should now see a table with the raw data for the likelihood (on
the left) and the marginal posterior (on the right). Just above the
raw data there is a [Save] button. Press this button to save the
distribution - with a filename of (for example) "Test.prior".

Ok - that has saved that distribution. Now you need to use it.
Assuming the prior file is in the same directory as the new run file -
all you need to use this distribution is to use the Prior command:

Prior("Test");

wherever you would normally have some other distribution. You can
also use [File > Insert] to browse for prior files - you will need to
set the file type at the top to Prior (the default is Curve). This
helps if you have many different prior files.

I hope this answers your question.
