You define
Outlier_Model("General",T(5),U(0,4),"t");
but use
Outlier("general", 0.05);
on the dates. OxCal is case sensitive, so it has not used the defined outlier model and there it no posterior for it. Changing the dates to
Outlier("General", 0.05);
seems to make everything work fine
