Not a silly question at all.
If you are showing these in a multi-plot (ie different KDE distributions) then you might try [ Edit > Format > Options > Normalise areas ] this will make the areas of the KDE's proportional to the probability. Using this - under [Edit > Adjust > Z-Axis] you can change the maximum value to scale the plots.
For single plots this is autoscaled to the same maximum height. If you want to do something with these I suggest using [View > Raw output ] and save the Modelled data as a csv file for plotting in other software.
