Hi all,

I noticed that the order command table has a new column--at least I've not seen it before when I've run these. Right beside each site in the first column I'm given a probability (t2) (note: this is not the t1 and t2 compared probability of different sites; also I'm using the order command on date estimate priors from a bunch of sites). I assume that this is value that this site predates all others in the order command table. For example my earliest site returns a probability of 0.97. And its much earlier than all the others and presumably it is not 100 because it is also comparing itself against itself. Is this the correct way to interpret this column? I've not seen any documentation on it. So, if I wanted to divide these sites up into groups based on the probability I could divide them into quartiles based on these values. Any other ways to do this?

Cheers,
Victor

I think I figured this out. This first column is from the date command (e.g  Date(U(BC(3000),BC(1000)));) that I used to trick the program into thinking the priors are calendar dates.

Yeah, no worries, that's what this group is for. LOL.
