Hey all –
In the new interface, I've made a few KDE plots. Sometimes I see the Sum Distribution and the blue 95% range in the background like before, but sometimes I don't. Where are the options to turn those on? Or do they only appear in a certain type of view? (single v. stacks?)

Also, I can't figure out when these view options appear and when they don't (something to do with KDE_Model v. KDE_Plot??)

Thanks for the help,
Erik

I don't think the way they plot has changed. If I remember rightly in the multiview/stacke etc only the KDE is shown unless you turn off the Posterior and leave the Likelihood on.

In single plots you get the different options (same for KDE_Plot and KDE_Model). You need to have run the model for long enough to get the blue line with a margin to show. Then you can play around with:

1. Likelihood (controls the Sum) and Posterior (shows the KDE with the blue error margin)
2. μ and median - shows a rug plot on both axes
3. Distributions (turns on/off the grey distribution - leaving just the blue line)
4. Ensembles - you can put in here the number of example distributions to show (up to 30 unless you have increased this in the run options).

All of these are under [Edit > Format]. You can preview the changes as you make them and then confirm with [Ok] - otherwise it will revert.

Best wishes

Christopher

Excellent Christopher! Thanks for the refresher. I had turned off the Posterior!
