Hello all,
I have used the 'plot dates on map' function and it shows up nicely in OxCal. However, when I export the plots (as multiplot), the background map is not exported along. It is possible to do this?
Many thanks!
Pascal

Yes - it is in principle but only for the grey svg map - not the Google underlays (which are dynamically generated online using the Google server). However, there are some problems:

. You can save the map as an svg file which will open in a browser (safari, Firefox etc)

. The single maps can be exported as pdf and png but the routine that does this conversion seems to be overloaded by the multi-plots.

. Inkscape also seems to have problems opening the multi-plot maps

What I normally do with these is to use the print frame feature of the browser to print the map to pdf and convert from there.

Best wishes

Christopher
