two different errors

Hi - I wonder if someone could help me with the oxcal code for calibrating the following:

eg 45000 +350, -280

Express the date as F14C which will give symmetrical errors, then use R_F14C in place of R_Date in OxCal.

However, I am not getting an option for asymmetry in the error. I am not sure how the code should be written?
