Thedefault option for search is to search for text that matches All of the words (AND). Although the search is not case-sensitive, it does match on whole words. For example, "Air Cond" will not find the "Air Conditioner" shape when this is the selected option.
When you select one of the found master shapes in the Local results, and drag it onto the page, a copy of the master shape is first added to the Document Stencil. You can drag and drop this master shape from there subsequently, rather than searching for it again.
The search also checks the Keywords of the shapes. For example, searching for the word "Tile" appears to mistakenly match with "Square stone", however, an examination of the Keywords of the master shape reveals that it does contain the word "tile".
Editions of Microsoft Visio that have an online subscription also have the ability to search for shapes in a number of third party stencils hosted by Microsoft. For example, searching for the word "Tile" shows that it is also found in an online stencil, which can then be selected and downloaded. This will download the whole stencil in your My Shapes folder in a sub-folder named after the third-party provider. These stencils, and all of the master shapes within them, are immediately available to use in the current and subsequent sessions. These stencils have been vetted by Microsoft and are safe to use.
Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) Visio MVPs are Visio experts who freely answer questions and offer solutions, tips, and suggestions, most often in the Visio discussion groups. You can find often stencils of shapes on their web sites.

There are many diagrams and shapes in Visio for the web. To locate a certain diagram or shape, you can search for them. Type in a word or phrase to find diagram names, shapes, or the names, text, and shape data associated with a diagram.
You can search for specific shapes that you want to add to the diagram. For example, you may want to search for specific shapes not in a stencil, such as title boxes, arrows, math, charts, boxes, stars, and symbols.
You will need Microsoft Visio Standard or Professional in order to view and use these stencils correctly. The files listed for download on this page are .vss (Visio stencil) files within .zip files. Some of the .zip files contain Microsoft PowerPoint files in addition to Visio files. The PowerPoint files contain .emf (enhanced metafile) vector images derived from the Visio drawings. These may be copied and pasted into PowerPoint and other applications without requiring Visio.

Drawings are reserved for Peplink Partners; your authorised local Peplink Partner can get you a copy of a drawing for the model(s) you have brought; Peplink does this to help protect the designs and efforts of the local Peplink Partners in developing their local markets.
Thanks Marcus, I appreciate that you took the time and made the effort to reply and help out. Sadly, the Peplink Partner I have been using did not know that they had access to this material and when I asked, they sent me a Peplink Partner PowerPoint they had just received. The joke is that the PowerPoint file had the information I was looking for although I could not access the Partner sites but it turns out other parties have already shared this information on the Internet. So much for Peplink protecting any of its intellectual property. If this Peplink Partner had actually looked at the material that Peplink had sent them they would have been able to help me out and actually provide decent customer service. Not the case. Just another reason why this business model does not do the paying customer any favors. I wish I could be more positive about my experience but this is the reality I am dealing with.
May I ask where these colorized clipart/stencils come from? I cant find them among the visio stencils or any of the marketing resources and I really prefer them and not the line drawings, however the library is missing a few items i believe, like balance 3/580x, sdx/pro?
They were drawn by Alan T at Peplink for use in marketing materials like power presentations. I took an old Peplink company overview powerpoint presentation and exported them as images and made this Draw.io library from them. Then I drew some new ones as I needed them for my own diagrams.
Support for Visio file formats is a very recent addition to the LibreOffice package. Initial support, in Version 3.5 just released, includes import of .vsd files - work to support .vss (stencils) is, I believe, ongoing and making quick progress. [Currently not sure if the stencil support is planned for the 3.5.x release, it may be 3.6]
I would reach out to your SE or AM and see if they can't pull these from internal resources. It took about a month after the 5200 series was released to actually have the Visio stencils released publicly.
If you are looking for 'official' ones, you'd have to contact Sophos, most likely someone above a reseller. I seem to remember them not being completely obtainable for whatever reason. On that search page, there is even a link to this site that has an active link to ones from 2014.
Thank you, Amodin. I found some to use as part of one of Sophos's presentations. I honestly don't understand why they can't be more readily available. Heck, Dell and HP/HPE actually publish all of their Visio stencils on a free 3rd party site called VisioCafe. It can only increase the company's market visibility.

Does anyone know where to find visio stencils of APC products? I would like to add some APC UPS's to my drawings but have found no stencils on APC site. It seems most all vendors supply stencils for their products. I'm not sure why APC doesn't do the same. It seems to me they would want their product show in a presentation.
TIA
