These are just my ideas for Discussions.

I suggest a discussion of:

Scope of Goals. - What is the Goal of this group? What is not?

Some possible Issues for us to discuss, and develop:

Creating a communication structure. Currently using, a Google Group,
and a website. owspolicy.org and https://sites.google.com/site/owspolicy/

Occupy strategy for others thinking of creating a
Occupy[insert_your_group]

Research documents that are needed. [Policy, Legal, others?] What do
we all need to have a basic grasp of? I would love to have documents
and links for a beginner and advanced topic reader.

Calendar- Meeting times, duration, deadlines? - When are we meeting
next, where. [How about a map] And what is the agenda for that
meeting.

Develop Mission statement.
