Agenda item: Transferring metro card distribution responsibility and
budget from housing WG.

Chris- A friendly amendment to housing's metro card propoposal at
Spokes Council last night brought by Movement Building was that
Housing WG work on transfer metro cards to another working group, and
the Transportation WG was suggested.
Jason- Supports moving metro cards to transport wg.
Jordan- Housing shouldn't have anything to do with metro cards anyway.
Jason- Can we get a group discount for metro cards?
Teddy- Housing tried that, answer is no. Housing wants to hand off
control of metro cards anyway.

Agenda item: Selecting qualified driving point people for zipcar
rentals.

Chris- The best option I've found for zipcar rentals is a $250 one
time payment that works as an upfront payment and provides a 15%
discount. Drivers need a clean record and be available to drive a
reasonable amount.
Teddy- How many hours will drivers have to give?
Chris- We can work on driver codes of conduct at our next meeting.
Jason- Empower those point people to decide who gets driven.
Chris- Something to discuss in more detail at next meeting.

Agenda item: Selecting qualified individual with vehicles to support
as transportation point people.

Chris- Nominates Jordan, Evan. We need drivers able to respond on the
fly.
Jason- Might know more people with cars to join the group later.

Chris- Money should be handled mostly electronically. Zipcar cards,
prepaid bank cards, possibly U-Haul gift certificates.
Teddy- At check cashing places you can get cards that text you when
you spend money or recharge them.
Chris- POI Accounting has starting giving out prepaid cards where the
purchases are listed online.
Jason- Nominates Teddy and Chris to financial point people.

Chris- We need people to distribute metrocards in much the same way
housing has so far.

Discussion about ways to communicate better with working groups for
metrocard distribution.

Teddy- One thing we talked about in Housing was just getting X amount
of metrocards and giving them directly to the WG PP.
Jason- We should have the WG PP come find us to get on the list.

Agenda item: Designate and individual or group to look into vehicle
donation.

Teddy- Friend owns a junkyard. If we can buy vehicles, we can get them
cheaply.
Chris- We dont have any budget in the proposal for purchasing
vehicles.
Jason- Start off with rentals, move to self owned/donations.
Teddy- What will happen if we get vehicles?
Chris- Don't know, not really sure if we can buy them.

Agenda item: Approve language and budget for GA/SC proposal.

Discussion about when the proposal should go to GA/SC and whether it
needs to go to both.

Chris- I thought we could bring to GA Sunday, SC Monday.
Evan- No, we need to work on the document/budget more. Lets meet
tomorrow and finish it up. Bring to GA Tuesday, Spokes Wednesday.
