[Study Committee27] Street level survey forms

Good Morning, Everyone,   We haven't been in contact with each other for quite a while now, and I fear that most of our group is not on this site, anyway.   We will be submitting our preliminary survey report this week as planned. In order to accomplish this, I will need the survey forms from Tom, Maury and Jim asap---like today,   so I can put them into order for submission.   Shafffer has already returned his a few weeks ago.  Thanks Shaffer. My back porch is a good drop off area--sheltered and the papers won't blow away.   Lorraine
