OWNCS Parent Association
Join us today from 11am - 3pm for our Multicultural Festival! We are celebrating the many cultures and customs that make the OWNCS community so special.
The Parent Association has planned a fantastic event to close out Culture Week! We are closing down 37th street between 35th and 36th Avenues at the elementary school for the annual Multicultural Festival—the most exciting event the PA presents all year! Don’t worry, if it’s too rainy outside, we’ll have tents in the courtyard and space to connect with one another in the Multipurpose room!
We’ll celebrate with music, dance and food! OWNCS families representing Columbia, Tibet, Brazil, Japan, Italy, Macedonia, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, others will offer us tastings of delicious traditional and cultural foods.
This event is an opportunity for students to experience the beauty of our diverse community—to feel more connected to and learn from one another.
The event is free and open to all so bring your family and your friends and neighbors!
We can't wait to celebrate with you!

¡Únanse a nosotros hoy de 11:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m. para nuestro Festival Multicultural! Celebramos las diversas culturas y costumbres que hacen de la comunidad OWNCS algo tan especial.
La Asociación de Padres ha planeado un evento fantástico para cerrar la Semana de la Cultura. Cerramos la calle 37 entre las avenidas 35 y 36 en la escuela primaria para el Festival Multicultural anual, ¡el evento más emocionante que la Asociación de Padres presenta durante todo el año! No se preocupen, si llueve demasiado, tendremos carpas en el patio y espacio para conectar en el salón multiusos.
¡Celebraremos con música, baile y comida! Familias de OWNCS, representantes de Colombia, Tíbet, Brasil, Japón, Italia, Macedonia, Filipinas, Puerto Rico, Venezuela y otros países, nos ofrecerán degustaciones de deliciosas comidas tradicionales y culturales.
Este evento es una oportunidad para que los estudiantes experimenten la belleza de nuestra diversa comunidad, se sientan más conectados y aprendan unos de otros. El evento es gratuito y abierto a todos, ¡así que vengan con sus familiares, amigos y vecinos!

مهرجاننا متعدد الثقافات قائم اليوم، سواءً أكان الطقس ممطرًا أم مشمسًا!
انضموا إلينا اليوم من الساعة ١١ صباحًا حتى ٣ مساءً في مهرجاننا متعدد الثقافات! نحتفل بالثقافات والعادات المتنوعة التي تجعل مجتمع OWNCS مميزًا للغاية.
خططت جمعية أولياء الأمور لفعالية رائعة لاختتام أسبوع الثقافة! سنغلق شارع ٣٧ بين الجادتين ٣٥ و٣٦ في المدرسة الابتدائية للاحتفال بمهرجاننا متعدد الثقافات السنوي - الحدث الأكثر إثارة الذي تقدمه جمعية أولياء الأمور طوال العام! لا تقلقوا، إذا كان الجو ممطرًا جدًا في الخارج، فسننصب خيامًا في الفناء ومساحة للتواصل مع بعضنا البعض في الغرفة متعددة الأغراض!
سنحتفل بالموسيقى والرقص والطعام! ستقدم لنا عائلات OWNCS، التي تمثل كولومبيا والتبت والبرازيل واليابان وإيطاليا ومقدونيا والفلبين وبورتوريكو وفنزويلا وغيرها، تذوقًا للأطعمة التقليدية والثقافية اللذيذة.
هذه الفعالية فرصة للطلاب لتجربة جمال مجتمعنا المتنوع، وللشعور بمزيد من التواصل والتعلم من بعضهم البعض.
الفعالية مجانية ومفتوحة للجميع، لذا أحضروا عائلاتكم وأصدقائكم وجيرانكم!
