REMINDER: Serious Fun Afterschool Program

The following is a message from "Serious Fun," http://www.seriousfunnyc.com/ an arts enrichment after school program that will be available to families at OWNCS and will be held at P166 (33-09 35th Avenue). Children attending Serious Fun at 166 during the school year will be walked over from OWNCS to 166 by Serious Fun staff.
Dear Serious Fun Families,
Welcome and thank you for choosing the Serious Fun After School program for your child!
Our PS 166 Registration Session will be held on Tuesday, September 3rd at 5pm for our Pre-Registered students, with Open Registration beginning at 6pm. We will also be onsite and available to accept registrations on Monday, September 9th from 12pm-2pm.
For a schedule of classes and to register your child for specific classes, please download and complete the Registration Cover Sheet for PS 166. In order to complete your registration, Serious Fun requires a completed Registration Packet, which includes (click on any form title to be directed to the downloadable file in SkyDrive) the Registration Form, Parent Agreement, and Medical Form (a copy of the Medical Form you filed with your school is perfect). If your child has any special healthcare needs, especially if they require emergency allergy medication, please complete the Individual Health Care Plan and Medication Consent Form. Hard copies of all forms will also be available at our Registration Session on September 3rd. All students must have a complete registration packet on file before attending Serious Fun.
To arrange pick up from any school other than PS 166, you will need to ask for a School Authorization Letter, available from Serious Fun upon receipt of your registration. We cannot pick up your child without the Authorization Letter.
Our program will begin on Monday, September 9th at 2:30pm. *Please note that September 9th is a half day for Kindergarten students. Serious Fun After School program is open on all public school days, except school holidays, ½ days, and clerical days. Serious Fun follows the New York City 2013-14 Public School Calendar.
