Included here is the OWNCS PA Executive Board ballot for the 2025-2026 school year. On the ballot are individuals who accepted their nominations.

Please submit your ballot by Friday, May 23, 2025. Nominees will be present at the Wednesday, May 21st PA general meeting to introduce themselves to the community and answer any questions you may have. The new board will present next year’s calendar of PA events at our final PA general meeting of the school year on Wednesday, June 11th. Information on how to join these meetings is included at the end of this message.

BALLOT INSTRUCTIONS:

1) To vote for a nominee, check the box next to the nominee name.

2)  For GRADE REP positions, you may vote for up to two candidates per grade. We need to fill two positions for each of the GRADE REP roles. Where you see no name or only one name listed, please feel free to vote for the candidate listed and/or write in additional candidate(s) including contact information.

Aquí se incluye la boleta de votación de la Junta Ejecutiva de PA de OWNCS para el año escolar 2025-2026. En la boleta figuran las personas que aceptaron sus nominaciones.

Por favor, envíe su boleta antes del viernes 23 de mayo de 2025. Los nominados estarán presentes en la reunión general de PA el miércoles 21 de mayo para presentarse a la comunidad y responder a cualquier pregunta que pueda tener. La nueva junta presentará el calendario de eventos de PA del próximo año en nuestra última reunión general de PA del año escolar, el miércoles 11 de junio. La información sobre cómo unirse a estas reuniones se incluye al final de este mensaje.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA BOLETA DE VOTACIÓN:

1) Para votar por un nominado, marque la casilla junto a su nombre.

2) Para los puestos de REPRESENTANTE DE GRADO, puede votar por hasta dos candidatos por grado. Necesitamos cubrir dos puestos para cada uno de los puestos de REPRESENTANTE DE GRADO. Si no ve ningún nombre o solo aparece uno, no dude en votar por el candidato indicado o añadir candidatos adicionales, incluyendo su información de contacto.

يُرفق هنا نموذج تصويت مجلس إدارة جمعية الآباء في OWNCS للعام الدراسي 2025-2026. يتضمن النموذج أسماء الأفراد الذين قبلوا ترشيحاتهم.

يرجى تقديم نموذج تصويتكم بحلول يوم الجمعة، 23 مايو 2025. سيحضر المرشحون الاجتماع العام لجمعية الآباء يوم الأربعاء، 21 مايو، لتقديم أنفسهم للمجتمع والإجابة على أي أسئلة قد تكون لديكم. سيقدم المجلس الجديد جدول فعاليات العام المقبل في الاجتماع العام الأخير لجمعية الآباء للعام الدراسي يوم الأربعاء، 11 يونيو. تجدون معلومات حول كيفية الانضمام إلى هذه الاجتماعات في نهاية هذه الرسالة.

تعليمات التصويت:

1) للتصويت لمرشح، ضع علامة في المربع بجوار اسمه.

2) بالنسبة لمناصب ممثلي الصفوف، يمكنك التصويت لما يصل إلى مرشحين اثنين لكل صف. نحتاج إلى شغل منصبين لكل من مناصب ممثلي الصفوف. في حال عدم وجود اسم أو وجود اسم واحد فقط، يُرجى التصويت للمرشح المذكور و/أو إضافة مرشحين إضافيين مع معلومات الاتصال.
