Hello Families!
A week from Saturday, on June 8th, we’ll be closing down 37th street for our annual Multicultural Festival—our most exciting community event of the year!
Families in the OWNCS community representing Tibet, Brazil, Japan, Egypt, Finland, Mexico, Puerto Rico and El Salvador and many others will be there— and we hope you will be too.
This event is a chance to come together and celebrate the many cultures and customs that make our community so special and unique. For our children, it's a lovely way to experience the beauty of diversity—to feel more connected to and learn from one another.
If you haven’t already volunteered, we could use your help on the day with: :

Running an Arts & Craft Table
Handing out OWNCS "Passports"

¡Hola familias!
Una semana a partir del sábado, el 8 de junio, cerraremos la calle 37 para nuestro Festival Multicultural anual, ¡nuestro evento comunitario más emocionante del año!
Las familias de la comunidad OWNCS que representan al Tíbet, Brasil, Japón, Egipto, Finlandia, México, Puerto Rico y El Salvador y muchos otros estarán allí, y esperamos que usted también lo esté.
Este evento es una oportunidad para reunirnos y celebrar las muchas culturas y costumbres que hacen que nuestra comunidad sea tan especial y única. Para nuestros hijos, es una manera encantadora de experimentar la belleza de la diversidad: sentirse más conectados y aprender unos de otros.
