New documentation website

Hi everyone.

The big README.md file in the root of the project was containing the full documentation of OWNER, and lately it became hard to keep it up to date with the new development. So I decided to rewrite the website, in order to have a multi-page layout that can be

extended more easier with the new documentation and be more confortable for users to read and browse.

Hope you like it.

Latest issues fixed and features added, tracked in the github issues pages, have been kept "open" because I didn't write the documentation for them. The reason was that I was planning this restyle. So next days I'll catch up with the documentation and clean up the issues queue.
