Hi there,

I recently made the experience when loading properties containing Umlaute like "ö, ä, ü" they're encoded wrong.
The File containing the properties is encoded in UTF-8, when loading the properties they end up in question marks or something simillar.

I am working on windows environment.

Any suggestions besides avoiding "Umlaute"?

When changing the file encoding to UTF-8 everything is fine.

But actually i'd pefeer if it would also be working with ISO-8859-1 encodign.

I think I found the issue here.

https://github.com/lviggiano/owner/blob/master/owner/src/main/java/org/aeonbits/owner/loaders/PropertiesLoader.java

It's using UTF-8 by default.

From my point of view, it'd be a great benefit if other file encodings would be supported also.
