owlcms 61.0.0

• The main improvement is with the registration files.  The columns in the definition of sessions can now be reordered or removed to clean things up.
• Document upload and download has been redone internally.  Error messages are cleaner.
• This release is a bug fix and technical update to catch up with the current version of the user interface library.
• Use the control panel to update.

control panel version 2.6.0

• A feature called "Install from Local ZIP" allows federations to create their own customised version of an owlcms installation (with their own templates, styling and preconfigured database).  The file chooser used for this menu is now the normal operating system file selection.

owlcms-firmata version 2.5.0

• When owlcms is running in the cloud, MQTT cannot be accessed on the 1883 or 8883 ports.  It must be accessed using the same 443 port as HTTP, using a "websocket" option.  owlcms-firmata did not support this.  Version 62 of owlcms will support websockets, coming real soon in prerelease mode.
