owlcms-controlpanel replaces the firmata control panel

If you are using self-built buttons and devices based on the owlcms-firmata blueprints,

please note that the owlcms-firmata control panel has now been retired.

All the capabilities to install, execute and update the owlcms-firmata driver

software are now offered in the latest owlcms control panel, and more...

The "Arduino Devices" tab in the control panel now works exactly like the owlcms one,

allowing you to view the startup process, see the logs, and open the configuration

directory.  Update also work the same, with an Import feature.

If you have laptops (like a jury or referee laptop) that does not need owlcms, you

still use the control panel -- you only install the modules you need.  So you would
only install the firmata portion on such a computer.
