What is the best way to change the result of lift. If the referees pressed good lift but then for some reason would like to change to no lift instead.

The announcer or marshal clicks on the athlete that needs the change to bring up the card, and changes the value on

the bottom line.  Green positive numbers indicate a good lift. Change it to a negative number to make it a Red no lift.

This is typically done on the announcer screen -- editing results is enabled by default.

On the marshal screen, it is necessary to select "Edit Results" to prevent accidental changes.

Note that reversal in case of challenges and jury decisions is automatic if the Jury uses the Jury screen to click their good or no lift decision.
The announcer then gets a pop-up, announces the decision, and clicks to resume the competition -- this changes the lift and updates the attempt board.
