Cant connect a second computer via URL

Hi - This worked fine using the same computers at home when I ran a test.  Main laptop has OWL installed.  RUns announcer screen.  and displays.  

Then usd second laptop and used the URL ( mine shows http://10.0.0.0.67:8080/) and pulled up Marswhall screen, etc fine.  ALso used the ref url for tested via 3 devised (laptop, phine, ipad) and those worked ,  

Now I'm \setting up at the meet with same equipment.  ALl devised connected to same wifi.  main laotop workes great.  But I get "site cant be reached" on all tghe other devices.  

Trouble shooting ideas please?

Standard troubleshooting tips: 

- make sure the main laptop address is correct.  The one you are typing is not (too many 0)

  ***  if using windows, use ipconfig to confirm the address of the main laptop.  The address detection can sometimes be misled.

- plug the main laptop with a wire to the router if you can, and use the address shown for the wired ethernet connection

- if the main laptop is windows, it should respond to the ping command. so if your address is 10.0.0.67, the other laptops should

  be able to do ping 10.0.0.67 without a timeout
