"Check the Console for possible error messages"

I'm running my first Oly meet next week and am trying to give my athletes the best experience possible. I was at the Brooklyn Babell Open and was very impressed with the software. I'm at a roadblock. When I launch it I get an error "The Java JAR file "owlcms-2.20.3.1.war" could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages." I have attached a screen shot of the console as the info in it does not mean much to me. Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks! T

First meet under my belt! Thank you for the help and sharing the software! I'm already thinking about how i can make it better next time. I used a basic set up, projecting the announcer screen onto a wall. I would like to add more displays and was looking in to use a Raspberry Pi 3B and in the networking guide there is the following link, but it is currently dead:
