new release 57.1 and new control panel 2.4.1

A new release 57.1 of owlcms is available.  The main improvements are more flexibility in defining the best athlete calculations and the capability to recompute records after updating or adding record definitions.  You can get it by using the update feature

of the control panel.

You should actually update to latest version of the control panel first.

• The "update" feature is now much better. 
• For example, if you removed a template you don't need, it won't come back; only brand new ones will be added.
• There is now an "import from local zip" feature.  This is especially interesting for federations that wish to create a "kit" for
  others to use.  You would proceed as follows:
1. As a "kit" builder, you use the update button to bring your reference version to the new release.
2. You check the new templates added in the release to see if you need them (and remove them if not).
3. You confirm that the files you customized still work (for example, maybe you changed the default agegroups file).
4. You create a zip of your new clean setup.  The file must have the version number in it, for example 57.1.0+federation.zip (the "+" is a special character that is recognized), or federation_57.1.0.zip if you prefer a prefix)
5. You make that zip available to your users
6. Your users can now use the "import from local zip" to get the new clean setup.
