Chef in the Market Was a Big Hit!

The August 20 Market featured a series of cooking demonstrations by Jeff Lindemeyer, Executive Chef at Cameron's American Bistro. Market shoppers enjoyed watching Jeff  whip up goodies like heirloom tomato bruschetta. And everyone loved the samples too! Jeff shopped Market vendors for his key ingredients including heirloom tomatoes and poblano peppers from Northridge Organic, Basil from Mead Acres, plus Herb cheese and Feta cheese from Ohio Farm Direct. Another Chef in the Market is in the works for October, so stay tuned for details!
