As we reach the end of the 2021 season Surrey Cricket Foundation is working with the senior leagues across Surrey to understand the views of players across the county via a Players Survey. Please use the link below to complete the survey and you will be entered into a prize draw with some great prizes on offer (£200 voucher at AJ Fordham Sports, £100 voucher or the Kia Oval shop, 4 tickets to a T20 in 2022):
